Very friendly staff and clean gym.
No stretching area, but other than that. Good selection of machines, decent layout. One of the more Smaller GoodLife gyms that I have been too. But overall pretty good. Staff are very friendly
Newer equipment, good sized televisions and now has 24 hour access. Average variety of weight machines. Entirely co-ed. They have virtual classes which is a cool idea
There needs to be a way to contact employees when they aren't working the desk(which is often). Its way too hot inside this summer when working out and it appears they're too cheap to turn up the AC so they put up a coup...
No pool! No sauna, which they could have easily put a sauna in by now. But they have some monster $$$ gate from a vault that if you forget something in your car... go home. Not getting back in for 30 min. More money spen...
