LOVE this gym. Great family feel. Welcoming and supportive, even when we were new to Ky. Has all the equipment you need and you never feel judged.

Always clean with a lot of activities for children

Family atmosphere. Great if you want to work out while your kids play in the daycare. Equipment is a little dated and the gym stays pretty busy. Most of us are hoping that they expand because they are popular.

I do enjoy going here but would like to see the cables updated because they stick horribly and grind and I can’t get some exercises in and for the price you pay here I don’t think it would be too much to ask for.

Good gym but the equipment and weights need to be updated big time. The cables are old, they stick, and they grind when lifting.
