Excellent gym, super friendly staff, classes superb, never too busy. Very non-judgmental space where you're always made to feel welcome and motivated by both staff and the other gym patrons. Keep it up. Love it.

I love this gym. Would live to have another lesson taken by Jennie. She is a wonderful instructor. This gym is improving my health. Yay.

A truly friendly and not too busy gym.

A good place to workout. Everyone minds there's own business. All types of people go to do there thing without feeling ashamed because they might have to lose a few pounds. Everyone is accepted.
