This gym has been the best experience I could’ve asked for. Everyone has made me (a new guy who’s never worked out before) feel welcome and accepted. I strongly recommend giving this place a shot !!!

Good staff. Nice workout environment. Pre- workout and supplements on hand if your looking for those things. The gym is spacious and you don’t have to wait for available equipment.

The Complexx Is the best gym in town. Way better than Crunch or PF. Andrew and Kevin do an awesome job on getting you motivated and help you with your goals
