跟游景明教練練了一陣子，專業 練完身體機能整個強化了起來！

價格方案透明 網路上也查得到 雖然稱不上便宜 但各方案可以互相搭配 找到最適合自己的方式 整體佔地偏小 器材多但是比較擁擠 可能10個幾人同時練就滿了 設備也稍嫌老舊 不過就湊合著用也夠啦

當然要指名成功解鎖24kg壺鈴5分鐘100下Snatch認證，專業而且溝通良好的游景明教練啊XD

it's ok... if you want to powerlift be warned: there is 1 squat stand with a questionable barbell. 1 bench with the same style barbell. dealifting is only allowed on rather soft mats. chalk is not allowed. and the price...
