I've only been to one class (sexy stretch) but I loved it. The instructor was knowledgeable and fun, and I felt great during and after the class. I'm going to the same class again tonight and I can't wait.

Excellent experience with booking training time. Great place for pole classes. Convenient location with lots of parking. Highly recommend!

Enjoyed the atmosphere and welcoming from the staff. Pole 101 was fun but could have had more time learning on the pole than strength training for an intro class. Definitely would recommend
