Excellent trainers, modern equipment and good advice, I feel comfortable, I go three times a week and there's also a sauna (before Corona) and MedJet. Just try it out...

Top performance, you get great care and advice, and only for women so no need to be ashamed of men

It's fun, but my wife, who's in her early sixties, sometimes feels condescendingly treated by the younger female trainers. She's a tough and friendly woman who isn't easily intimidated!
