Brilliant gym friendly and helpful staff best gym in basildon and Essex They recently did a refurbishment, they installed new equipment, a new swimming pool with steamer and sauna facilities. Really nice gym overall
Brilliant.... until summer comes round and you get all the new comers that do a trail for the few hot weeks of summer meaning its packed and a horrible atmosphere
