Fantastic place to work out and train. Great people and community spirit. Paul and Ollie are great coaches and will help you out. The result is 3 stone lost so far in less than 2 years and I feel stronger than ever.

Brilliant place to train with dedicated coaches and very friendly, welcoming members. Highly recommend trying Hexis out. Great facility to train, great coaches, great members and best value for money in the area.

I have rang Paul 3-4 times and text him approximately 4 times also asking if I can join the gym. Half of my attempts to contact him were ignored the other half I was told he’d get back to me. I’ve been trying to join for...
