An excellent gym with lots of equipment to facilitate any fitness level and gool very clean and excellent knowledgable staff on hand to assist you. And its open 24 hours so you've no excuse not to go.😁

Overall it's a good place to work out. However, during somedays there is too much crowd. This makes working in the free workout area almost impossible.
