Some people need to have shower before training because smell like sleeping or coming from kitchen . Gym is very good machine but staff are fake advice. I train bodybuilding style like army so no tell me to relax.

Dale savin's class was fantastic. Very simple and effective. You can feel every impact of any step and movement you make. I enjoyed it. A massive well-done Dale keep it up.

It’s not called gym... small place and huge crowd... not even have proper machines... no abs workout machine... it’s look like someone Open gym in small room... very disappointing
