Love this place for several years! They design a lot of different types of yoga styles, including unusual such are SUP and my favorite aerial. They actually have two locations on Malta, another one is in St Paul’s Bay.
Brilliant yoga lesson by Alex. I was lucky enough to get a private lesson and I feel like it was one of the best lessons I've had. I was challenged in a good way with ropes, handstands, aerial! Fabulous!
