Terms of Service

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Gym Navigator (gymnavigator.com), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website.

Description of Service

Gym Navigator provides a free online directory of gym and fitness facilities worldwide, along with exercise guides and workout information. Our service includes:

• Searchable directory of gyms and fitness centers
• Facility information including addresses, opening hours, photos, and reviews
• Exercise instruction guides with video demonstrations
• Location-based gym browsing and filtering
• Gym Navigator Coach, an optional connector for AI assistants (see below)

Gym Navigator Coach Connector

Gym Navigator Coach is a free connector (an MCP server at https://coach.gymnavigator.com/mcp) that you can add to an AI assistant such as Claude or ChatGPT. Through it the assistant can search our exercise library, gym directory and blog, save workout plans, and log your training sessions. Using the connector is subject to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy, which explains what data is involved and how to disconnect.

• The assistant itself is a third-party product. Its output, including any workout it designs with our data, is produced by that assistant, not by us, and the Exercise Content Disclaimer below applies to it in full.
• If you sign in with Google, your training journal is saved as a file in your own Google Drive. You are responsible for that Google account and for the file, and Google's terms apply to Drive.
• Saved workout plans are published at gymnavigator.com/plan/<id>/ under an unguessable link. Anyone who has the link can open the plan, so share it only with people you want to see it.
• The connector is provided free of charge and may be changed, suspended or withdrawn at any time. Do not use it as your only copy of training records you care about.
• You agree not to use the connector to bulk-extract our exercise, gym or blog data, or to overload the service with automated requests.

Information Accuracy

Gym information (addresses, opening hours, ratings, reviews) is sourced from public data and third-party services including Google Places. While we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee that all information is current or complete. Facility details may change without notice. We recommend contacting gyms directly to confirm current information before visiting.
