Love my gym the Lord's gym city center not only i get my work out on but some spiritual food too from some of the local pastors chaplains that i made friends with they are now my mentors they just dont know it lol wonder...

Good customer service! Always clean showers. A lot of youth events. Youth respects the leadership team. Encouraging and energetic music. The leadership are passionately serving our community.

I love this place. Has helped my son develop as a 🏀 player as well as a responsible young man. Thanks to Couch Mike and Jordan for being patient and awesome!!!!
