This place is terrific. I belong to an Equinox in New York but work out here when I’m visiting Denver. Consistently nice people, great, clean equipment, big space, great hours. Nothing fancy but really really solid.

I'm visiting Denver for a couple of weeks and DG&F is near where I'm staying and WHAT A GREAT FIND! Well equipped, super nice and helpful staff. I highly recommend.

Worked out here pre-covid. Incredibly friendly staff. Great selection of equipment. Locker rooms are a bit small.
