Brilliant for kids from 5+years boxing classes coached by aba qualified guys. The gyms kit is all top of the range and got lots of space. The team there are like a family it's really the place to go. Much nicer environm...

Tried Invictus for the 1st time, nice spaced out weights and machine area, all new. Squat racks and cages and plenty of bumper plates, nice and friendly staff
