I need the exersize. I enjoy the bike a hour most weekdays if i am home and able to go.I EVEN LOSE SOME .WEIGHT DOING IT THEY TOLD ME I WOULDN'T be cause of my age.

My son is having the best time in the after school program. Love that they keep him active and engaged in a variety of activities. Ms Anna is awesome!

We went to the pool. The water was clean and refreshing on a very hot day. The lifeguard was pleasant and very helpful.
