The equipment at this gym is the best. I am going to miss the leg curl and leg extension that can be adjusted for short legs. The owners of this gym are so friendly and I enjoyed getting to love on their dogs.
Always look forward to coming to this town and going to this gym. It has a real feel environment and a fun but intense atmosphere. This is my favorite gym, hamds down.
Good old school gym. Has a platform for deadlifting which is always a bonus.
Was a first timer there, came with my family they are big lifters and I am a novice. I wasn't mad to feel welcome. If you are getting personal trainer then you will love it but if you are some one working out on your own...
