Great gym has refreshments you can buy after a workout , a variety of weight and cardio equipment , and they open early if you want to get a good workout before work !

All you need and more! Lots and machines, never too busy and the staff are amazing; everyone is friendly and happy to help. Best gym I've ever known!

I have been lifting here since 17 years old. Love this gym. Squat racks and the bars hold up to 600lbs, so that is nice. Friendly staff. The atmosphere is top notch if you like to lift somewhat heavy.

nice staff and cheaper of the two facilities in the area. down fall is it's small and the equipment is out of date. but for simple strength exercises (weights) and older people classes, it's good.
