Excellent gym, very welcoming and professional staff. This is the best outfitted fitness establishment I have ever seen. Tons of equipment, racks, backs, rings and cage. A phenomenal place to train.
Because it's a full body work out, HIIT cardio thai kickboxing, the class is always full and energetic, you have fun doing it, and feel amazing afterwards!
