Family friendly environment where you can get fit and relaxed after working out in the whirlpool, sauna and steam room area.

You are not going to have brand new state of the art equipment here but you will have everything you need to get a good workout here. It can get crowded after everyone gets off work.

Monthly membership fees much higher than you would anticipate for a place that hasn't been updated in 30ish years.
