I have been using the gym for several years. Since it changed management it has improved vastly! The machines are top notch, staff are friendly and accessible and the overall vibe is a good one. Would definitely recommen...

Been to most gyms in the area, and since the VO2 management took over and revamped the place, I absolutely love it. Great place to train, and can mix weight training and cardio without too much interference from others
