Love, love, love this place. The instructors are knowledgeable and care about the people who attend every session. There's a real spirit of support and camaraderie the whole time. Oh, and Fridays are sparkle unicorn them...

Part of COOP Strength and Conditioning in partnership with CrossFit Toro Grande in Cedar Park. These are great gyms in Austin, Cedar Park, Round Rock and Leander. Stop on by or call 512-537-XFIT to try both gyms out.
