Lunch Pilates at Sylvia is the best lunch break of the week. The training is great and very individual. This is sport that is really fun and I always feel better afterwards than before. :-)

Super lunch break. Sylvia does great, very individual Pilates classes. The groups are small and really fun. You can really feel how good the body feels afterwards.
