You'll find everything you need, and you can do most of the exercises. The shade provided by the surrounding trees is crucial. Unfortunately, it's very dark in the evenings, and finding a parking space nearby is next to...

A fantastic place in a quiet setting, perfect for strength training or even warming up before a run. At the bottom, there's a pond where everyone can find a jogging route. I highly recommend it.

A decent gym on the sidelines on Puławska Street near the Post Office Bank, the only thing missing are gymnastic rings, nice surface.

What interests me is the pole dancing pole... it's there... it's just a shame some idiots turned the main arm stabilizing the pole into a tire hanger for boxing... I suspect the tires "got back in place" after my workout...
