Perhaps my most visited place in Bankstown. It's a great gym with a lot of equipments. However it can get crowded occasionally during peak evening hours especially on weekdays. The weights/machines are well maintained....
Good place to stay fit. Affordable prices. I stay with basic for only $10 a week. Spacious even though I find it a bit overcrowded at pick hours.
