I enjoy going there. The support is excellent for all fitness levels. All age groups are represented. Pleasant atmosphere, user-friendly hours with access even on days when there's no staff.
The 25th River Pirates Meeting was, as always, well-attended and a great event, with many fantastic ideas for traveling on the water implemented 👍
Friendly staff. Open over the weekend. Modern equipment with instruction, massage bed, and a nice sauna. Water, shakes, and coffee are available at the entrance. The sauna and relaxation areas are disruptive due to the presence of other guests, some of whom are very loud and reserve loungers. It's also not very inviting when the area isn't ventilated or the water isn't moved in the showers. There's a lack of oversight, including for the sauna infusion bucket. It would be nice if everyone using the shower and sauna area would be a little more considerate. I've been coming here for years and highly recommend this health center.
