Attended a free morning yin class for Southend City Day. It was the perfect session for Saturday morning. Slow and calm with clear directions from the instructor. The studio space is large and nicely decorated. All yoga equipment was provided and the mats and space were very clean. Loved the session :-) Great that The Yoga Factory offered free classes and other activities for Southend City Day - lovely part of the programme.
Lauren runs a really great dynamic yoga class. She mixes yoga philosophy with a strong, flowing routine in a way that feels natural and easy to follow. The class is energising, challenging in a good way, and still really grounding. She explains the philosophy in a simple, relatable way that adds a lot to the practice. Always leave the class feeling uplifted and refreshed. 🧘♀️✨

This was my first session at The Yoga Factory and a beautiful introduction. The studio is warm and welcoming along with the staff team. The class was perfect for what I needed and a different style of yoga nidra to what I usually practice. I felt a huge release of tension and a deep sense of contentment. This place literally saved my life. When I moved from Ukraine, I was struggling and needed a warm, supportive community. The Yoga Factory became a safe space where I could rebuild my energy, trust, and health. I’ve been coming for almost two years now, choosing different classes depending on how I feel. I especially enjoy the dynamic practices and the breathwork sessions. I truly love this space!
