Good gym at a good price. The gym is kept clean and always well organised. The gym has a friendly atmosphere and is easy to ask anyone for advice. Only issue is that the gym isn't 24/7 but with it being family owned it would be hard to provide a 24/7 gym.
Friendly owner, no kids, good standard of equipment and a decent variety too. Good value workout unless you're wanting changing/showering facilities too.

Av just do one moth membership here a thought it was good as a payed cash and when my friend wanted to join today a was very upset as we was told it was more money for moth and we can no longer pay in cash am very very un happy with the service today how ever a will say one thing gavin is very nice supporting trainer am very upset that me my friend can join up again for moth at the same price a payed for this month now a feel very disappointed in this gym
