Trainer is very nice

one of the best gym in Dubai. but bad thing is. there is no teacher for beginners. but other all equipment there. separate section ladies.

Just normal gym equipment, no swimming pool and no sauna. No zumba though it's advertised. But you get discounts if you enrol yourself with partner or gym buddy.
