Gold's Gym Business Village

This branch has two sections: ladies only and mixed. I was a member few years ago and was attending ladies gym mostly. Had no major complaints then, neither towards facilities, nor to stuff. All areas were kept clean: gym itself, changing rooms, bathrooms. Equipment was working properly, maybe it was not brand new, but serving it function perfectly. There is cardio zone, free weights, machines, TRX, benches, other various items, like bosu balance trainer, fitball, resistant bands, etc. Sometimes, it has been packed in the evenings, but that is normal story for every gym. There are group classes, I haven't attended them though, so can't give a feedback on those. No pool.
