I absolutely love this studio! The location is very convenient, the atmosphere is welcoming, and the space is modern and beautifully designed. Everything looks clean, stylish, and aesthetically pleasing, with high-quality equipment. The instructors are incredibly friendly, positive, and motivating. I especially enjoy the Pilates classes—they're always engaging, effective, and fun. The group sessions have a great vibe, and I always look forward to coming back. Highly recommend this studio!
Great gym in Warsaw! Clean environment, modern equipment, and very helpful staff. I trained here for a few days and had a really positive experience. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a well-organized place to work out.
I’ve been enjoying Change’s facilities for a year now, and I can assure you that every detail is taken care of, from the incredible facilities to the way the staff treat you. In my case, I must give special thanks to Monika for her one-to-one Pilates classes, which have helped me fully recover physically following my most recent medical procedure. It’s not often you find such personalised care tailored to your needs, so I find it an unrivalled experience and feel very lucky to have met her upon my arrival in Poland. The studio CHANG3 is fantastic place with a homely atmosphere,The studio is clean and well equipped. The yoga and Pilates classes were great .The professionalism of the Trainer Roksana and Justin who explained everything in detail,humble 😊and ensures the comport of the participants make it absolutely worth training here. I highly recommend them 🍀✅🔥💪
A very big YES! The studio is just unique and even the yoga mats are from alo yoga - there is nothing you can wish more for a studio to have. The lady working in the front - Kasia - much much love to you! You were so friendly and kind! And the yoga class with Zuza was just a great experience. I come definitely back during my next stay in Warsaw!
