This record is filed as Fit 2 Go at Stefana Batorego 18 in Warsaw. It holds a 5.0 rating from 27 Google reviews. Two things need clearing up straight away.

First, the name. Reviewers call it QuadroFit, and the website on file is quadrofit.pl. Whatever "Fit 2 Go" refers to, nobody who reviewed this place used that name.

Second, and more important: this isn't a gym.

What It Actually Is

Every reviewer is here for one thing, and it's called PraVilo. A reviewer in May 2025: "I've been wanting to try the Pravilo spine treatment method for a long time."

PraVilo is a traditional stretching practice, done on a frame with ropes, with a practitioner guiding you. There's no membership, no equipment floor, no classes in the usual sense. A reviewer four years ago describes the effect: "PraVilo stretches your whole body and thus removes blocks from your muscles. It also strengthens your muscles."

So if you wanted somewhere in Mokotow to lift, this record won't help you. If you're curious about a guided stretching session, keep reading, and read the next section carefully.

A Warning About The Health Claims

I have to be direct here, because the reviews on this record make claims I'm not going to repeat as fact.

Reviewers describe scoliosis straightening, a leg-length difference improving, back pain disappearing after two or three sessions, and in one case a relative's nosebleeds stopping altogether. One reviewer also passes on a theory about babies being damaged at birth and losing "the signal from the head to the body."

None of that is verified, and none of it is something I can stand behind. These are customers describing how they felt, not clinical outcomes, and a five-star review is not evidence that a practice treats scoliosis.

Does that mean the sessions are worthless? No. Guided stretching under supervision helps plenty of people feel better, and several reviewers here describe exactly that in ordinary terms. But if you have a diagnosed spinal condition, an injury, or a leg-length discrepancy, talk to a doctor or physiotherapist before you book, not a review page.

That's the most useful thing this page can tell you.

What Reviewers Describe In Plain Terms

Strip out the medical claims and there's a consistent, modest picture left.

A reviewer in September 2022: "Great workout, stretches your muscles, takes off the tensions in your body and improves blood circulation. You feel very recharged afterwards."

A reviewer a year ago, translated from Polish: "A very pleasant place, with sensibly run training. I came with recurring spine injuries caused by long hours of computer work. I've been exercising for 3 months and I feel the effects every day. The comfort of working has improved. Above all, the training strengthens all the body's muscles, and what matters most, it's interesting and I enjoy going back."

The practitioner, Eugenia, is named repeatedly and the accounts of her are specific: she watches that exercises are completed properly and monitors breathing. One reviewer also notes the sessions were adapted to their fitness level, and another mentions being warned that the body resists at first.

That's the honest version. Supervised, adapted, apparently pleasant, and people go back.

Hours

Monday to Saturday, 09:00 to 20:00. Sunday, 09:00 to 15:00.

Open seven days, which is unusual. Since sessions are one-to-one with a practitioner, treat those as booking hours rather than drop-in.

The Sample

Twenty-seven ratings, all positive, with two of the five written reviews three and four years old. There isn't a single critical review on record.

A spotless 5.0 for a niche practice with a devoted following isn't surprising. People who don't get on with something like this usually just stop going rather than write about it. So the rating tells you the regulars are happy. It can't tell you whether you'll be one.

No pricing is published. One reviewer calls it affordable without naming a figure.

FAQ

Is this a gym?

No. It's a studio offering PraVilo, a guided stretching practice on a rope frame. There's no gym floor.

Do the health claims in the reviews hold up?

I can't verify any of them, and I'm not repeating them as fact. If you have a spinal condition or injury, speak to a doctor or physiotherapist first.

What are the opening hours?

Monday to Saturday 09:00 to 20:00, Sunday 09:00 to 15:00.

Is it called Fit 2 Go or QuadroFit?

Reviewers and the linked site both say QuadroFit. The name on this record appears wrong.

I've been wanting to try the Pravilo spine treatment method for a long time. I found Ms. Eugenia's contact information online and signed up for my first session. I love yoga and stretching, so the first session went by quickly and with a feeling of ease. During the session, Ms. Eugenia made sure I completed all the exercises and also monitored my breathing. After the first session, I felt slightly disoriented, and with that, a lot of the stress and tension in my muscles disappeared. After returning home, I was able to fall asleep without any problems. I consider the exercises well-adapted to my level of physical exertion. I eagerly await each subsequent session, because I already feel my scoliosis straightening, and I'm walking more easily – I've had one leg longer than the other since birth, which causes significant fatigue. I believe that everyone should do these exercises, as there's a lot of information showing that almost every baby is "broken" in some way during birth – thus, the signal from the head to the body is lost. I recommend the QuadroFit studio exercises, and I warn you that your body can resist, but that doesn't mean you have to stop. Pravilo is useful even in old age. I also enrolled my mother, which I'm proud of and I can see that her nosebleeds have stopped altogether. Thank you to Ms. Eugenia for the opportunity to train and for the affordable price of Pravilo exercises. The proximity to the park allows for walks in the fresh air after your workout.

Something unique! Although invented long ago, it's been forgotten in the depths of time. A fantastic workout that strengthens the core muscles, strengthens the spine, and the entire musculoskeletal system. My fitness quickly went from hopeless to improved in a natural and effortless way. My spine straightened, I stopped slouching, and I also lost excess fat—the kind that resists various treatments. I highly recommend it!

In my childhood I got aquatinted with “PraVilo”. I didn’t go there for too long because I was young and without health problems, not being able to understand the point of this. However, after a few years of sitting in front of the laptop, I started to feel pain in my back. And finally after trying “PraVilo” again, I was shoked since the back-pain was gone after 2-3 sessions. “PraVilo” stretches your whole body and thus removes “blocks” from your muscles. It also strengthens your muscles! And that’s why I love “PraVilo”!!!
