Flex Fitness

The gym here is great. Part of the membership that is so valuable are the free classes. Personally I attend their Yoga class. This class is great no matter what age you are or fitness level. The instructor, Lisa is able to make it work for you by offering different poses and modifying them for your individual ability. You will come out of the class feeling rejuvenated, not only physically but mentally as well. And even if you are not a member you can pay for the class. You will be hard pressed to find any Yoga class around at this affordable rate ( now $7 ) at the high level of instruction Lisa provides! Give it a try! Also the personal trainers are very well educated. As a former Physical Educator and coach at a local university in Boston, I am very impressed with one in particular that my partner and I are using, Sean Griffin. He also is tuned in to the goals you want to accomplish and at the level of intensity you want to work at. All in all Flex Fitness provides a great atmosphere to work out in, up to date and high end equipment, cleanliness, and classes for a variety of interests. Their rates are reasonable, so take the plunge and jump right in!
