The listing name is a trap. This is labeled "24 Hour Fitness," the American chain, but it isn't that at all. The address on Grochowska 207 and the website both identify it as the CityFit club at Warszawa Wiatraczna. Reviewers confirm it - they mention the CityFit app for entry and CityFit's own sign-up flow. So if you were hunting for the US brand, you're actually looking at a Polish CityFit location. The "24 hour" part happens to be true, since it runs around the clock, but the brand name is wrong.

The review that maps the place for you

The most useful review is a May 2022 note that reads like a spec sheet: "I used a MultiSport card and was greeted by friendly management on entry and a simple process of entry by using the CityFit app. Lots of equipment! Technogym machines, plates, etc. Standard commercial selection of bumper plates by deadlift platform... the leg press is silky smooth." In four sentences it confirms MultiSport acceptance, app-based entry, the equipment brand, and a deadlift platform. That's the kind of review I trust, because you can act on every clause.

Where the voices agree

Cleanliness and staff draw steady praise. A February 2026 member called it "always clean" with "very friendly and welcoming" staff and easy class sign-up through the app. Another the same month highlighted "top-notch equipment for every need, from free weights to machines, all well-maintained" plus a free refillable water station. Across the recent reviews, the equipment and the app-driven convenience are the consistent wins.

Where they clash - and it's about air

Here's a genuine contradiction worth flagging rather than averaging away. Ventilation gets opposite verdicts. A February 2026 reviewer updated their review to complain: "the ventilation is terrible today, it's stuffy and smells bad. No fresh air at all." Yet their own original review had said "The ventilation is excellent." Same person, same gym, different days. That tells you the air quality swings, probably with crowd load and season. If stuffiness ruins a session for you, that's the thing to check at your intended training hour.

The same balanced reviewer flagged the other recurring gripe: "quite small given how many people use the strength zone in the evenings. There are often lines at the entrance and exit in the evenings." So the strength area gets tight after work.

What the 4.6 across 1,603 reviews measures

This is a large sample, so the number is dependable, and the words back it up. A 4.6 from over 1,600 people describes a well-run, modern club with two known frictions: evening crowding in the free-weight zone and inconsistent ventilation. Those aren't dealbreakers for most, but they're real, and they show up often enough to plan around.

What's missing

No review states a membership price. The reviews confirm MultiSport works and the CityFit app handles entry, but there's no monthly rate, no joining fee, and no contract detail in the public record. The listing shows 24-hour access and a phone number, +48 22 163 72 21. If price and contract terms matter to you - and they should - that's the call to make before signing.

Who it's not for

It's not for evening lifters who hate waiting; reviewers describe lines for the strength zone and entrance after work. It's not ideal if you're sensitive to stuffy air, given the split ventilation reports. And if you specifically wanted the US 24 Hour Fitness brand, this isn't it - it's CityFit.

FAQ

Is this actually 24 Hour Fitness?

No. Despite the listing name, the address and website identify it as CityFit Warszawa Wiatraczna. Reviewers confirm entry through the CityFit app. It does operate 24 hours, but it's not the American chain.

Does it accept a MultiSport card?

Yes. A reviewer describes entering with a MultiSport card via the CityFit app. Confirm current terms at the club, since partnership details can change.

Is it crowded?

The strength zone gets busy in the evenings, with reviewers noting lines at the entrance and in the free-weight area after work. Off-peak sessions avoid most of it.

How's the air quality?

Reports conflict. One member called the ventilation excellent, then later the same person called it terrible and stuffy. It appears to vary by day and crowd, so check it at the hour you plan to train.

A great session here. I used a MultiSport card and was greeted by friendly management on entry and a simple process of entry by using the CityFit app. Lots of equipment! Technogym machines, plates, etc. Standard commercial selection of bumper plates by deadlift platform. I really like the dumbbells here and the leg press is silky smooth. I would train here very often if it was nearer to my home - really like the layout and open feel.

Update: the ventilation is terrible today, it’s stuffy and smells bad. No fresh air at all Original review: It’s a nice gym, but quite small given how many people use the strength zone in the evenings. There are often lines at the entrance and exit in the evenings as well. The ventilation is excellent and it’s convenient that the gym is open 24/7. The hair dryer is terrible
