Motion Fitness Club in Warsaw shows 4.1 from 47 reviews, and its five written reviews reveal a striking contrast: a detailed, glowing account of a special branded event, standing in real tension with multiple independent complaints about regular spin classes specifically.

A Detailed Account of a Special Branded Event

Diana Gawryszewska's review describes a specific, sponsored experience rather than a standard class: "I had the pleasure of participating in Early Burn Club Spinning and Reformer Pilates classes, held as part of a collaboration with Foreo at the Motion studio. The studio immediately impresses - beautiful, modern, and meticulously crafted... The spinning classes are pure power! Great leadership, great music, great lighting, and tons of motivation. The instructor was passionate and professional." She adds a specific detail about the event itself: "The class was sponsored by Foreo - for 15 minutes, we wore LED masks with skincare properties, which added a unique touch to the entire experience." I'd flag this directly as a special, branded promotional event rather than a standard class experience - worth keeping in mind when weighing it against the regular-class accounts below, since the instructor, energy, and format may not reflect what you'd get on a typical Tuesday evening.

Multiple Independent Complaints About Regular Spin Classes

Marina M's review describes a starkly different experience: "I went to the spin class and left disappointed. The downstairs area is extremely hot and dirty, the facilities are terrible. The spinning instructor had no rhythm at all and it seemed like she was making up the choreography on the spot. Hands down the worst bike class I have ever been to. Such a shame, from outside the studio looks lovely and the staff is very kind." Get Fit with Gosia's review independently confirms a similar disappointment: "I attended a spin class and it was the most boring class I have ever attended in my life. The coach barely talked; during some songs she was completely quiet. There was no energy, no vibe and zero class structure. It was a complete disappointment that cost me 67 zloty." A third reviewer, identified only as A, adds a brief, consistent complaint: "The spinning classes are quite disappointing - cannot speak for other of the classes."

A Separate, Specific Booking System Complaint

Nadzeya Sinitsa's review raises a distinct, practical issue: "The slots available in the app are not actually available." That's a specific, checkable complaint about the booking system itself, separate from the class quality concerns above.

What This Pattern Suggests

Taken together, I'd read this batch as pointing to a real, specific gap between the venue's physical space - which multiple reviewers, even critical ones, describe as beautiful - and the regular spin class experience specifically, which three independent reviewers found genuinely disappointing. Marina's own suggestion, that Pilates might be a stronger choice than spinning here, is worth taking seriously given how consistently the spin-specific complaints recur.

What's Missing

Nothing confirms whether the disappointing regular spin class experience reflects one specific instructor or a broader pattern across all sessions. Nothing confirms whether the app booking issue Nadzeya described has been fixed.

Who It's Not For

Anyone specifically choosing this studio for spin classes based on the branded-event review alone - three independent, more recent reviewers describe a very different, disappointing regular class experience. Anyone who relies on the booking app working accurately, given one specific, recent complaint about slots not actually being available.

FAQ

Are the spinning classes good?

Accounts conflict sharply. A detailed review of a special branded promotional event describes an excellent experience, while three independent reviewers of regular spin classes describe disappointing instruction and poor energy.

Is the studio itself nice?

Yes - even critical reviewers specifically describe the space as beautiful from the outside, with kind staff.

Should I try Pilates instead of spinning?

At least one reviewer specifically suggests this, based on her own disappointing spin class experience.

Is the booking app reliable?

Not always, according to at least one recent reviewer, who describes available-looking slots that weren't actually available.

I had the pleasure of participating in Early Burn Club Spinning and Reformer Pilates classes, held as part of a collaboration with Foreo at the Motion studio in Tamka, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience! 💫 The studio immediately impresses – beautiful, modern, and meticulously crafted. The bright interior, cozy atmosphere, and very friendly staff make you want to stay longer from the moment you walk in. You can feel that this place was created with passion and positive energy. The spinning classes are pure power! 🚴‍♀️ Great leadership, great music, great lighting, and tons of motivation. The instructor was passionate and professional – she knew how to motivate the group, not letting anyone give up, while also ensuring technique and safety. Every moment was well-thought-out – from dynamic sprints to more relaxed stretches where you could catch your breath. The instructor was able to get 100% of our energy out, while constantly maintaining technique and a positive atmosphere. I left the room with a smile and a sense of satisfaction. The Pilates, on the other hand, was a wonderful complement – calm, mindful, with the perfect balance between movement and relaxation. The instructor led the class with great sensitivity, helping everyone find their own pace and focus. Furthermore, the class was sponsored by Foreo – for 15 minutes, we wore LED masks with skincare properties, which added a unique touch to the entire experience. This combination of training and skincare was something completely new – total relaxation and self-care all in one! ✨ It's a place where you can feel the energy of the city, get in shape, and simultaneously indulge in a moment of self-care. I will undoubtedly return again – because Motion is a studio that truly inspires movement and mindfulness. 🌸 The entire experience at Motion was pure pleasure – a beautiful place, wonderful instructors, positive energy, and the highest level of professionalism. I definitely recommend it to anyone who wants to combine movement, skincare, and well-being in one place. 💖
