A member names the gym he left to come here. That's rare enough to lead with.
Xtreme Fitness is at Powstancow Slaskich 45 in Bemowo, Warsaw. It shows 4.9 from 130 reviews, and the record runs through May 2026.
Somebody Switched, and Said From Where
A member in May 2026: "Friendly staff and wide range of machines! Earlier for me Well Fitness Bemowo was my favourite gym, now this is my new favourite."
He names the competitor. That's a comparison from someone who trained at both, which is worth more than any number of people saying "best gym ever" while comparing it to nothing.
I've read the Well Fitness record too, as it happens, and the picture there is a decent gym with dated machines. So "new machines" is precisely the axis on which this one would win. That's my inference from two separate records, not something he says.
It's Brand New, and That's the Catch
A member in January 2026: "I started coming here when it opened one month ago. Great machines and equipment plus a much more friendly management and clientele than I have experienced before in Warsaw. Despite the winter weather the changing rooms are clean and tidy. Keep up the great work to Damian and Team!"
A member in January 2026: "Brand new gym in the neighborhood. All the machines are new and the place is very spacious. Changing rooms are very clean as well."
So it opened around December 2025. Every review here is from a gym that's been running for a few months at most.
That's the thing to hold onto. Of course the machines are new. Of course it's clean. The question nobody on this page can answer is what it looks like in two years, when the equipment has been hammered and the opening enthusiasm has worn off. Four reviewers, all new, all impressed. Ask me again in 2028.
The January member also says something specific: "much more friendly management and clientele than I have experienced before in Warsaw." He's comparing against unnamed gyms, so it's softer than the Well Fitness line, but it's still a man who's been around.
"Despite the winter weather the changing rooms are clean and tidy" is an odd detail until you think about it. He's telling you they're keeping up with mud and slush in January, which is when most places give up.
Damian is named in praise, so I'm happy to repeat it.
About That 4.9
A hundred and thirty reviews at 4.9 for a gym that's six months old. I don't have a selection story to offer, and I won't invent one.
What I'd say instead is simpler: new gyms score well. It's not suspicious, it's gravity. The interesting number will be the one in a couple of years.
A member in February 2026: "Very good gym and good staff."
That tells you nothing, and there are only four written reviews behind that 4.9, so the description is thin even where the score is strong.
What's Missing
No prices. Not one figure across 130 reviews.
No equipment named beyond "machines." Nobody says whether there's a proper free weights area, a squat rack, or how heavy the dumbbells go.
No classes mentioned by anyone.
Hours and Who It's Not For
06:00 to 23:00 on weekdays. 08:00 to 20:00 at weekends.
Weekends are five hours shorter and start two hours later. If you train early on a Saturday, that's your answer.
Not for you if you want a proven track record. This place is months old and the reviews reflect that.
