I was escourted out of another Goodlife location, because Jindalee failed to change acc and update details! Yett i had no problems getting in and out of the Jindalee as a home club

Today there were 4 people in the sauna at the same time, that's a breach in Cocid 19 restrictions, even with the sign on the door reinforcing the conditions, I told reception but not sure if something was done. If you can't control and people are not respecting the restrictions the sauna should remain closed, the restrictions are there for a reason, but some stupids seem to think that's waste of time. Very disappointing

Cant believe after completing my 12 months of membership, then cancelling my account a few days before Covid put us into lockdown (when all gyms were closed) while they are demanding i pay an extra 30-days for time i could get no value out of due to the restrictions.
I never usually write reviews and I'm never one to complain but i advise anyone who is thinking about signing up for Goodlife to greatly reconsider. They signed me up for a 18 month contract and told me it was $29.9 per... Read more
I never usually write reviews and I'm never one to complain but i advise anyone who is thinking about signing up for Goodlife to greatly reconsider. They signed me up for a 18 month contract and told me it was $29.9 per fortnight with no extra fees. 1 week later, $120 had been taken out of my account from Goodlife as they charged me for a $100 sign up fee, It failed to go through twice so they charged me with a 'bounce-back' fee of $10 each time (It bounced back because i was un-aware i was being charged $100 that day). Furthermore, every couple of months I would have an extra $10-$20 taken out of my account for random 'personal trainer fee's' which I never used. They claimed it was "a part of my contract" even though they specifically said there wouldn't be that in the contract.
