I had a very positive experience with this studio. I trained there for four months and only stopped because I moved to another country. The staff is always friendly, the gym is spacious, and I’d say it’s never overcrowded. There was always access to all the necessary equipment. I had a premium membership and also enjoyed the solarium and the massage room. Highly recommended! Although, of course, I must mention that Vitalik is greatly missed in the administration team; he brought a special light to this place 🌚 Additionally, I had a positive experience when closing my contract. The administration was understanding of my situation, and I was able to cancel my membership without any issues. I was very satisfied and would definitely recommend this gym! 😊
The gym has good equipment, but there is a recurring problem with members in “women-only” zone not putting weights back. Barbells are often left loaded, and plates are left lying around the gym. Almost every time I visit, I have to clear the area and unload equipment left behind by other members before I can start my workout. It’s frustrating to spend time cleaning up someone else’s weights instead of training. This is unsafe and inconsiderate to others. It would be helpful if management reinforced basic gym etiquette to ensure a safer and more respectful environment.
A regular at the gym, but Unfortunately today my experience at this gym has been pretty disappointing. The gym was pretty dirty and when I approached the receptionist with feedback. The receptionist seemed totally unprepared to help, and the overall cleanliness of the facilities left a lot to be desired. Definitely not up to standard. I hope management can improve this soon.
Worst experience ever Rude reception Never ending contract that you even can’t terminate because you need to WAIT until special person comes who are responsible for that!!! Do not advise Stay away from such “friendly” place Worst in Warsaw
The gym has lots of floor space and the best equipment, but i have to give it 1 star because of the predatory cancellation policy. Cancellation can only be done in person monday tuesday evenings or by sending a letter. Doing business like this should be illegal.
