professional staff that are really great with kids and teens. They work them hard so be prepared. Only downside is not a great viewing area for the parents and the gym can get very warm in the summer

The Staff at Redline Athletics- Sugarland was very warm and welcoming yet firm with my son who hasn’t done any type of workout since February. Because of that, I signed up in the spot!

It was a little difficult to find, but I am glad we made the effort. Coaches were very detail oriented and the place is kept impeccably clean.
