I've been going to this gym for almost 5 years. There's plenty of space, and they're constantly expanding and adding new stuff. And they have a great pool and sauna space!!! The best gym in Warsaw! Totally worth the money

Very nice fitness centre, lots of space and equipment. The staff are helpful and they have lots of trainers working if you need personal training. Julia is the staff member I have dealt with most, she is very knowledgeable, polite and helpful.

Para Stellar Premium Fitness Club I rarely write negative reviews, but this experience truly needs to be shared. This gym has a serious problem with customer service, professionalism, and respect, especially toward foreigners. The staff is consistently rude, dismissive, and at times openly humiliating. Instead of helping or guiding, they judge, criticize, and even raise their voices in front of other members, which is completely unacceptable in any professional environment. After attending for months, we were suddenly confronted aggressively about a rule that was never clearly explained. What made it worse is that we observed others doing the exact same thing without consequences, while we were singled out and publicly reprimanded. When questioned, the response was essentially: “This is how we are in Poland, you are here.” That is not an excuse for poor treatment. A premium fitness club should offer a welcoming, respectful environment. Unfortunately, this place does the opposite. As a visitor and professional, I felt disrespected, uncomfortable, and unwelcome. I cannot recommend this gym to anyone expecting basic courtesy and professionalism.

I purchased a three‑month membership at this club, primarily to enjoy the relaxation area, especially the jacuzzi. Unfortunately, the very next day after joining, the jacuzzi went out of order, and it has now been almost one month without any resolution. During this time, I have asked the management several times when the jacuzzi would be fixed. Each time, I was met with a rude and dismissive response, simply stating: “We don’t know.” If the management does not know the status of their own facilities, it raises serious concerns about communication and accountability. The main purpose of my membership was relaxation, but that experience has been completely unavailable. As a paying client, I expected better service, transparency, and basic courtesy. Sadly, none of these expectations have been met. Overall, this experience has been disappointing. At this point, I am waiting restlessly for my contract to end, as the value promised at the time of purchase has not been delivered.

Nice gym but lately is overcrowded. To not mention about some impolite guys that use more than one equipment at once. I had even one of this guys threatening me once I politely asked to swap… unbelievable. I saw people with more manners in low cost gyms.. to not speak about the poor costumer service and some of the staff (not all) shouting to you to leave the gym room at 22:30 once the schedule refers to 23:00…
