Tous les panneaux sont disponibles sur commande sous quelques semaines et aux dimensions du client. On y trouve également un important choix de poignées de meubles dans tous les styles et aux prix raisonnables. Tout serait parfait si le personnel commercial (très nombreux) était un peu plus motivé pour s'occuper de nouveaux chalands; ils répondent à la fin aux questions précises, certes, mais que ce soit au RDC ou à l'étage, on les sent pas très enthousiastes pour accueillir sans attente injustifiée un nouveau client potentiel.

Of the white and "marble" pattern countertops, only four were available. From my perspective, this is a non-starter. - Overall, communication was very poor. - The shipping price, excluding cash, is ridiculous. The delivery time range is a few hours. This means you have to have a paid crew on hand or carry it yourself. - I don't like the inaction of the staff. No one will approach you or ask how they can help. Despite this, I would have given a 3 rating, but the delivery method is absolutely disappointing. The countertops arrived unsecured and unpacked. The edges of this product are brittle, and it's practically impossible to set them down or lean them against a wall during unloading or moving them without damage. This delivery method shows a lack of respect for customers. For this reason, I'm lowering my rating. I bought the most expensive countertop available, and this company wasn't kind enough to even protect the edges against possible damage during transport or unloading. Overall, there's a lot of truth and truth in the negative comments. I'll evaluate the quality of the countertop in a year. The most important argument that they don't care about their customers is the fact that people have been writing about the same thing for years, and the company continues to behave the same way. Perhaps this company supplies countertops to other companies or developers because individual customers are not welcomed there.
