Quay Hotel & Spa - Gym in Deganwy, United Kingdom

Great hotel with polite friendly staff. We had an Estuary View suite which was spacious and well provisioned with tea and coffee and hot chocolate, water and biscuits. The toiletries were ESPA products. The bed was really comfortable and the location was quiet. We had a lovely view from our room and could see Conwy Castle from it. We enjoyed Swedish massages in the spa which were very good. The evening meal was so good. Breakfast was really good too and it was a good package deal for the 2 course dinner and bed and breakfast. Would definitely stay again.

Well located with good staff and views, Hotel is lovely but the rooms could do with updating now.. cleanliness was disappointing, would of expected more from a 4* suite.. breakfast was spot on, well located.. kept awake some of the night by the constant hum of the air conditioning/heater (wouldn't have stayed a second night due to this)... but overall ours was a lovely one night stay,

Went there for a N Wales business club formal dinner. Catering for approx 160 people is difficult so service was a bit slow but expected. The food was delicious and enjoyed all three courses. Would recommend for dinner. Just one small criticism. The gents toilets are too small for the numbers of gentlemen in attendance.
