Sama marka PitBull jest ok. Problem występuje akurat pod czas zakupu karty podarunkowej sprzedawca nie daje paragonu na zakup tej karty, data sprzedaży też nie postawiona, od kogo i dla kogo też ale to już formalności. Najgorsze jest to że pod czas próbę zakupu online karta nie powiodła się 5 razy. Próbowałem to zrobić również w inny sposób przez sprawdzenie ilości środków też 5 razy napewno, sprawdziłem każdej cyferki, ale nadał pisze karta nie aktywna czyli 0 zł. Zadzwoniłem i napisał do zespołu pomóc z kartami podarunkowymi z określeniem problemu i pomocy w poszukiwaniu rozwiązania tego problemu. Dostałem wiadomość że proszę wpisać poprawnie kod karty , karta jest aktywna. Ok jeszcze 5 razy robienia tego samego ale karta nadał nie aktywna i nie mogę z nie opłacić zakup. Dopiero jak napisałem do nich wiadomość że biorę prawnika i idę z tym tematem najpierw do policji ( zgłaszam to jako oszustwo i wyłudzanie pieniędzy) idę do urzędu skarbowego i na koniec spotkamy się w sądzie. Dostałem od nich odpowiedź że karta na 100% jest załadowana i aktywna. I pod czas zakupu online z telefonu z pierwszego razy opłaciłem zakup i wszystko działa. Jestem niezadowoleny z obsługi, jakoś trudno, moim zdaniem tak nie powinno być.
