Ive come to central sport a few times with friends and family. Soon as we walked in we were greeted by Chris. We were looking at some grips without asking for help Chris and Sid very helpful and showing and explaining different grips etc. Great customer service start to finish. You dont even have to buy anything they are so welcoming. Go to shop for badminton gear.
I recently purchased several items, including the highly-rated Yonex EZONE. After demoing the racket elsewhere, I found Central Sports offered the most competitive pricing. Although there was a slight delay with my in-store collection due to the New Year and poor weather, the team handled it brilliantly. They arranged shipping within 24 hours, provided a tracking number before I even left the shop, and included some extra goodies as a gesture of goodwill. The staff are incredibly knowledgeable, especially regarding technical stringing advice (which I lack!). I’ll definitely be returning to Central Sports for my next upgrade, especially if it’s a Yonex tennis racket.
Just received the racket I ordered online and address shows it comes from this store. I paid £1.50 for a yonex grip and received a central sports grip instead. I hope I will get the grip I ordered once the weekend and bank holiday is over. Half my order (the other racket) was also cancelled and refunded without any heads up or offer of an alternative solution. Extremely disappointed with the service.
