A great place if you don't like the crowds of chain stores. The Technogym equipment does the job, and the fact that there's a gym literally on my doorstep saves a lot of time. A bonus is the ability to see the availability in the app!

Od otwarcia siłowni 17 grudnia, na niej sprzęt jest nowy, bardzo ładny i łatwo korzystać. Byłem już kilka razy na siłowni i spodobała mi się możliwość dotarcia do niej blisko domu. Siłownia dysponuje całym niezbędnym sprzętem do pełnego treningu, a dodatkowo są możliwości treningu z własnym ciężarem na matach i innym sprzęcie sportowym. Jest prysznic i toaleta, suszarki do włosów, ale lepiej od razu się przebrać, bo nie ma męskiej/damskiej garderoby, to minus, ale można się przyzwyczaić

Siłownia kameralna, co dla mnie jest dużym plusem - bez tłumów i chaosu. Ogromnym udogodnieniem jest możliwość sprawdzenia w aplikacji aktualnej liczby osób na siłowni, co bardzo ułatwia planowanie treningu. Sprzęt jest nowoczesny i zadbany, jednak są też pewne minusy. Do dyspozycji jest tylko jedna łazienka z prysznicem, co w godzinach szczytu bywa problematyczne. Szatnie mają formę open space, oddzielone jedynie siatką, co nie każdemu przypadnie do gustu. Dodatkowo dostępne jest tylko jedno stanowisko do przysiadów i martwego ciągu, co przy większej liczbie osób może powodować kolejki. Sugestia na przyszłość: warto byłoby doposażyć strefę funkcjonalną w kettlebells w podwójnych parach w zakresie 8-32 kg, co znacznie zwiększyłoby możliwości treningowe.

The gym is compact, has all the basic equipment you need, but one squat / deadlift rack can result in longer waiting lines. But the biggest problem is price for the value, 290 pln for a monthly membership compared to the facility size, no changing room and one shower is an overkill. Lastly, the termination policy is tricky, after termination it still takes 2 months to officially cancel payments. All in all, i appreciate the gym as it is badly needed in Wilno, but not at this price.

The gym itself is quite nice: clean, well air-conditioned, and generally comfortable to train in. They have two cable stations , but only one squat rack, but for a small gym it is acceptable. They also only have one kettlebell of each weight, which is super weird)) Another downside is that there is no proper changing room. Be very careful with their "terms and conditions." I was looking for a one-month "Flex" subscription for 289 PLN to give it a try, but I ended up being charged for two months because of how their cancellation rules work. Do not join if you want to try for 1 month. Better go with cheaper long term options, they support Multisport+. But again carefull: Multisport light and standard do not work either. The gym is fine, but this kind of subscription policy left a very bad impression. I would not recommend signing up without reading every detail first.
