It's been great so far, a very holistic approach to self-defense. Logical explanations and context evaluation. Very up-to-date in terms of civilian awareness and overall conduct. They are also an English-friendly environment, which works for me since I've been avoiding group trainings due the fact that I dont speak polish that well. Cudos!
I highly recommend Krav Maga Center. The classes are well organized, focused, and efficient. Good exercise and self defense technique a in a friendly atmosphere.
I train with Krav Maga Center since February and am very happy. They offer private lessons in English which is very helpful since I don't speak Polish very well. At the same time, I was invited to club's events in Polish language (there is a free club event every month) and got all the support I need with language.
I have been practicing krav maga at Krav Maga Center for a few months and I am very happy with its service. Being an expats with poor knowledge of Polish language can be an issue but not here. Instructors offer also private courses and can teach in English without any problem. Moreover, they really care about your progress and they ensure you are learning. I highly recommend this school.
