Ladies in this shop lack customer service, I don’t know because they look at you and undermine you or they are just disrespectful by nature, but wow, what a horrible customer service i got I was referred to by someone on Facebook but when i arrived at this shop, those girls who are suppose to assist when you ask them im looking for a particular hairpiece they just ignore you with a disgusted face and go on to help women who are elderly Women of their age and middle aged they just pass you by like you a furniture Please don’t buy from this shop Wasted petrol all the way from Cosmo city
I was referred to by my client because they are so affordable however I ended up not buying because of the horrible customer service I got . I looked for a certain hairpiece till I couldn't find it. I had to ask one of the workers to help me find what I wanted. The Muslim man told that person assisting me that he should not assist me. I felt so small a disrespected as a client. I immediately left to buy elsewhere
