A charming, small spa, but what more could you ask for? It has everything you need. Three different showers, an ice fountain, a stone walkway with jets, a sauna, a Balinese cabin, and also a pool with jets and a jacuzzi. If you combine this spa with the massage therapists, you'll leave feeling like you're on cloud nine. Miriam left me feeling less tense and taller 😅😋😚 (as I told her, since it was my turn), and Guillermo, who was my husband's therapist, left him incredibly relaxed... They're fantastic, great people, we'll definitely be back.
A fantastic place, close to home. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and the massages are great. As a suggestion, I would add that they should avoid Spotify ads and the music stopping during the massages; it really breaks the immersion. Also, they should consider the temperature of the massage rooms and changing rooms during colder months, especially in the larger duo room. Another suggestion would be to have nature sounds playing in the spa; it would add a more relaxing touch. Definitely going back! I highly recommend it.
I went to Qubico Urban Spa yesterday and had 60mins in the spa followed by a relaxing massage..the value for money was amazing! I don't speak much Spanish and the staff went out of their way to explain everything in English to me. I really appreciated this. The whole experience was amazing and I floated out afterwards. Thank you so much.
My experience wasn't very good. The girl who gave me the massage was very nice, but the massage itself was basic and not relaxing at all (for me). It was too short for my liking and didn't include many things. The guy at the entrance was very friendly; there are simply things that need improvement.
Although the website shows opening hours until 9 pm no one opened the door when we got there are 6 pm. We were simply ignored by the staff that neither opened nor answered the phone. After we waited for 30 minutes we left.
