A fantastic place to train! I first came here five years ago to see Ewelina, and thanks to her approach, I've become deeply immersed in the sport. The trainers are full of energy, great at motivating, and if necessary, they can tailor exercises to individual needs. The friendly staff at the front desk always greets you with a smile, and the warm tea after your workout is a lovely touch. I'm happy to return here regularly!
The best place!!! For everyone. Advanced and beginners. For those getting in shape and just wanting to move :) The club is small, but filled with a ton of positive energy. No pressure, no judgment. I, and I think everyone who trains here, feels very at ease. The trainers... well, there's nothing to say other than that they are completely professional, incredibly committed, and you can tell they do what they do with a passion that infects others. They care about their trainees and the proper execution of exercises. The workouts are varied, sometimes "brutal" ;) but afterward, you feel like you've done a great job, which is incredibly satisfying. Body Best isn't just a club. It's a fantastic community :)
